Lara has been a member and part of our coaching team for many years. Lara was also a gymnast herself reaching County and Regional competitive level. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of early development in young children. She holds a Club Coach Level 3 qualification which is recognised by British Gymnastics.
After being a gymnast for many years at Phoenix, I started coaching at the age of 16 as a Junior coach. Over the years I have gained my qualifications & currently hold my Level 3 Woman’s Artistic & Level 1 in Trampolining. I have also completed my Rebound Therapy Training.

Charlotte started as a gymnast from a young age and then moved on to competitive trampolining reaching national level. She holds a Level 1 in both gymnastics and trampolining which is recognised by British Gymnastics.
I first attended the Phoenix when my girls were very young ,who participated in gymnastics. I volunteered at many events and then became involved in coaching. I attained my Level 1 General Gymnastics qualification. I’m now currently the centres full time administrator.
