Class details

Trampolining is a low impact, low stress workout for the whole body. 10 – 20 minutes of trampolining is about equal to half an hour of jogging. The repeated low impact exercise builds and strengthens the bones and muscles which results in better balance, co-ordination and good posture plus it’s incredible fun. The sport has proven to assist with a young child’s development, fitness and spatial awareness. Part of our development plan will include the British Gymnastics Award scheme for trampolining.
